This campaign I created was part of Indiana University’s recruitment efforts for Resident Assistants (RAs) and CommUnity Educators (CUEs)—student leaders who help first-year students transition to campus life. The design focused on themes of diversity and inclusivity, aiming to help students see themselves as potential leaders and feel empowered to step into these supportive roles within the residential community.
